In the framework of the implementation of the project Localization Capacity Strengthening (LCapS), funded by the USAID, an OCAT (Organizational Capacity Assessment Tool) assessment has been carried out with 212 sampled local organizations (212 organizations). This evaluation aims at identifying forces and weaknesses of local organizations, in order to guide capacity building actions and optimize their contribution to sustainable development and community resilience within the scope of the USAID’s Localization policy.

Mini workshops with the twelve (12) resource persons who were responsible for the organization’s evaluation with the OCAT (Organizational Capacity Assessment Tool) tool to analyse the results and formulate recommendations and share lessons learned.
