Twelve facilitators gathered to review findings from the OCAT assessments and develop strategic recommendations for stronger local organizations.
As part of the Localization Capacity Strengthening (LCapS) initiative, mini workshops were held with the twelve (12) resource persons who facilitated the evaluations of local organizations using the Organizational Capacity Assessment Tool (OCAT).
These sessions aimed to:
Analyze the evaluation results,
Formulate practical recommendations, and
Share lessons learned from the field.
Through collaborative discussions, facilitators identified recurring capacity gaps, explored successful practices, and proposed tailored strategies to support local partners in their institutional strengthening journey.
This step is crucial in ensuring that the insights from the OCAT assessments are translated into actionable solutions that drive impactful change across organizations and communities.
The workshops mark a key phase in the LCapS project’s commitment to building stronger, more resilient local organizations through shared experience and continuous learning.
